If you gave UNT its 55 total season points, it would only be good enough to win two of its first four games, and that's only because the other teams put the brakes on.

This, as far as I can tell, puts us solidly at #1.

I saw last night that Todd Dodge gets an incentive bonus if UNT is nationally ranked. Does this count?

The only one that might have contended is Army and they only lost to A&M by 4, 21-17.

The only way that we're not #1 is that they drop us all of the way to the FCS poll.
