Death of former UNT FB player

In the new North Texan it has listed in the "Friend's we'll miss" section that a player named Broomfield died.

He was listed as a senior but only with high school experience. Did he transfer in or just not play football for his first three or four years ?

My wife just told me another UNT Athlete was killed in an accident last night. Andrew Harbour. I remember him living in Maple and he was super nice, a real shame, has anyone else heard??

This has been a very sad school year (and week especially) for North Texas athletes and their families. And for the Mean Green Nation as well.

Thoughts and prayers are with the Smiths, Bostics, Broomfields, and Sullivans.

there's an article on him in the NT Daily today. It said he had played on the team last fall, but stopped playing to take a welding job to help support his family.

Mad, that article was on Robert Harbour its sad to have all these losses in the Mean Green family this week, my thoughts and prayers are with the families.
