Rain in Annapolis

You know, we have our own version of a running game. UNT can grind out some yards on the ground.  
 

If the rain is not too bad, we can do an air and ground assault for 600 yds. If it rains, we put 8 in the box and stack the line.

Rain would definitely benefit Navy since it would negate our passing game. Their game plan will remain the same. If we aren’t able to tackle during dry weather, I’m having a hard time believing we can tackle when it’s wet and slippery

Looks like rain in the morning and tapering off as the day progresses.  We should be fine.

Defense is worrisome, but the last time we played a service academy on the road in rainy weather in a head coach's first season, we won.

Not saying it isn't possible but it seems to me that the running game is more important in the rain.  That hurts us in terms of us having the better passing game.
