RB Isaiah Johnson (Lubbock Cooper): vs. Aledo; 12/14: L 28 – 21; 21 carries for 126 yards and 2 TD’s.  Sounds like a questionable call at the end went Aledo’s way.

DB Jordan Nichols (Connally; Waco): vs. Gilmer: L 35 – 20; no stats available.

OL Jett Duncan (The Woodlands): vs. Prosper: L 38 – 14; no stats available.

LB Jordan Brown (Huntsville, TX):  Season stats: 77 solo/42 assists for 120 total tackles; 16 TFL’s; 4 sacks; 1 QB hurry; 3 interceptions with 55 return yards and 1 TD; 1 Forced Fumble; 3 Recovered Fumbles and 2 Passes Defensed.

DB Tavorice Weaver (James Madison)

OL Dane Jackson (Madison Southern; Berea, KY)

TE Christian Lee (Friendswood)

OL Kade Bond (Magnolia)

S Jason Kerl Jr. (Nolan Catholic; FW)

OL Eric Williams (Lubbock Coronado)

TE Jake Roberts (Norman North; Norman, OK): Season stats: 18 receptions for 197 yards and 2 TD’s, 1 KO return for 8 yards.

WR Loronzo Thompson (Clear Brook): Season stats: 42 receptions for 578 yards and 6 TD’s, 6 rushes for 99 yards and 2 TD’s, 193 KO return yard, and 14 punt return yards.

DT Ta’Shoyn Johnson (Killeen): Season stats: 14 solo/8 assists for 22 total tackles and 8 TFL’s, 1 sack and 9 QB hurries.  States he only played in four games.

LB Jacobi Johnson (Midwest City; OKC, OK):

S Garnett Burke (Lakeview Centennial):

DE Kortlin Rausaw (Wylie):  Season stats: 29 solo/18 assist for 47 total tackles and 5 TFL’s, 4 sacks, 6 QB hurries, 2 passes defensed, 3 fumble recoveries and 2 caused fumbles.

Lol.   That's some serious spin.  With those stats, Johnson definitely wasn't "held" at all.

Should have been more like: 
"Despite North Texas Supercommit Isaiah Johnson running wild on Aledo for 126yds on 21 carries (6ypc), and 2 TD's, Aledo managed to win."

...and he may have had even more in the receiving game.
