Phil Steele's has recently released his 2014 Experience Chart.

The factors he uses to establish a final ranking are:

- Senior Experience Points (A metric established by weighing Senior Starters & Seniors on the 2 Deep)

- % Lettermen Returning

- % Offensive Yards Returning

- % Tackles Returning

- # of OL Career Starts

His blog walks through each factor individually, but here are the final rankings of those on our 2014 schedule (Nichols St not included):

My quick reaction to this is that it certainly underscores how critical the coaching staff will be to our success this year.

Also highlights the great O-line we have this season. Fall just outside of top 5 in total starts for OL (123), and interesting that we play 2 teams ahead of us in UTSA & IU.
