The Techsters are catching flack for this.....with people saying that it's insensitive to Indians:

Well North Dakota has an Indian mascot. This happens all the time---where you depict your mascot dominant over another. If we were playing the Cowboys, Cardinals, Lions, whatever.....I could see a program (or sign) depicting an Eagle as dominant over that mascot.

I guess I don't see the insensitivity. If it bothers you that much....change your Indian mascot to something that it's all right to make fun of.

The Sioux already want the mascot changed, and unless their stance changes in the next few weeks, the Fighting Sioux will be no more after August of next year. Then all we'll ever hear about the Sioux is their drunken bar fights.

Ok stuff like this just reminds me of why i just hate PEOPLE in general. Take a joke, take comedy, take art for what it is don't take it seriously.

Personally, i think all this PC garbage makes me sick. God forbid you should offend anyone these days.
However, that program cover crosses the line. Thank God they don't play Grambling or Georgia Southern....i hate to think what the genius' in Lubbock would come up with. Their idea of self-promotion is somewhere between UFC and the WWE. Calling Leach 'classless' just doesn't cover it.

Like this guy he doesn't even know why he's offended. Mentioning Grambling and Georgia Southern even if he meant Southern the program was about the mascot no the historical race or the program. I don't see people getting upset about Yosemite Sam chasing a tiger, eagle or jaguar. I just wish people would know what they're fighting for.
