I just can't help but think, though, that if Johnny was able to parlay last season's tourney run into a recruiting class like this....another run to the Big Dance and what could JJ do then?

This is the opinion I have...I think that with White, Thompson and Oduwfua all being just sophomores next season that we are on the verge of becoming a powerful midmajor.

That said...this is also why I am so critical of the Ben Knox signing. At this point he looks like a project at best and I feel our recruiting aims should be significantly higher.

Agree. Knox seems like a nice player, but when teams like Texas State and UTA are recruiting players rated in the top 20-30 in the state, something seems a bit off to me. Maybe Johnny really sees something he likes in this kid, but I'm also hoping to hear about some more high profile recruits that we're looking at.

The future is definitely bright if we can keep up this momentum.
