Do we talk about Kai enough?

I know TP gets deservedly a lot of praise on this board, but Kai's play yesterday was unbelievable. He took over the game in multiple ways in the second half yesterday. locked down Hepburn and was heavily involved in the offense while playing 40 minutes next to TP.

His progress throughout the year makes me dream of the missed opportunity of seeing him for a second year in this system.

Considering she's been in the ground for almost twenty years, is locking her down really something to be proud of?

He’s been clutch for us throughout the season.  I feel like his defense has really improved throughout the course of the year. His midrange game has given us a nice weapon when our offense gets stagnant. He and Rubin are a great 1-2 complement to TP.

I agree.  Wish Rubin would clean up his ball handling a little.  He tends to rush a little and gets ahead of his dribble.

I'll say it again, he steal on the inbounds pass right after Wisconsin called that timeout at 54-50 may have been my favorite play of his all year. Their scoring drought was probably 5-6 minutes at that point. Badgers thought they could regroup, and Kai made 'em think wrong.
