I don't think Mac is going to go the JUCO route though.

I think Mac having this as a blanket policy is absurd. If there is a good JUCO player that wants to play here, and will help the team WIN FOOTBALL GAMES, sign him up. That doesn't apply to this kid in particular, but just in general. Good players are good players. Hell, Auburn won a national title with Cam Newton who was a JUCO transfer.

I agree, but I've heard Mac say he prefers to build with high school kids. I guess that doesn't mean he wont sign a JUCO, but I would bet it would have to be a special player for him to go that route. Just my opinion.
