A new welcome center and residence hall, Res Hall, are being built southeast of Kerr Hall block, located on 1413 W Maple St. Parking lot 1 and the grounds east of Kerr Hall will be blocked because of these construction projects, until their scheduled completion on Feb. 26, 2018.

Ya that won’t happen by Feb 26, 2018... they have had it blocked off for nearly a year now and nothing has been started on it, unless it has changed in the past day or 2... UNT you screwed up missing out on all that parking pass $!

I'm going to be honest, this article is written horribly. Half of it just doesn't make grammatical sense. I'd take anything in there with a grain of salt.

Example: "Interstate Highway 35E and the frontal roads along its side will be closed until late December, 2018." This suggests that the entire highway will be closed until EOY 2018, which is wrong. There also shouldn't be a comma after December.
