Who was the bigger star in their prime ??

Vote might be biased because it's a sports board , but I think both were icons around the world. Jordan help put basketball on the map globally when he lead the Dream Team during the Olympics in 96 & Jackson was a star all over the world

I guess it would be like asking if you would rather have a front row seat to see Jackson in concert or floor seats to see Jordan play ball.

This is a silly question. When Michael Jackson was in his prime I would argue that there was no more famous person on the planet. Thriller will NEVER be topped in terms of units sold, he had a sold-out world tour coming up (a decade after his last big selling album). Knock him for his alleged indiscretions all you want but the man was a global icon.

Knock him for his alleged indiscretions all you want but the man was a global icon.

Nobody can replace Michael Jackson ever. He gave out over 300 million dollars of his own fortune to charity and holds a guiness world book record for being involved in more charities than anyone else, I believe it is 29 or 39.

The best ambassador the United States has ever had across the globe. He was pure gold and fans loved him worldwide.

Gambling certainly doesn't compare to molestation although I once attended a baptist church whose members believed all sins are the same in the eye of the father (Does God have eyes?; I don't know, I'm not baptist). And teamates liking him? Who really knows about this one. Pipen didn't LOVE Jordan and assumingly at least a FEW other singers didn't like Jackson.
