kicking a certain amount of field goals? I now realize why he doesn't use a TE and a play from under center, but I can't figure out for the life of me why he likes to kick field goals when they mean absolutely nothing. Any ideas?

Well, there was a lot of complaining here last year about going for it when we could have been getting 3 points if we had a good kicker. Guess we have to be careful what we ask for.

It amazes me we cannot consistently recruit a decent kicker we have some confidence in.
