We may be underestimating Charlotte

Charlotte’s Biff Poggi has done a remarkable job in his first off-season as the 49ers’ head coach. His roster overhaul rivals Lincoln Riley and Deion Sanders, but is anybody aware?
 

Regardless, the off-season makeover the 49ers have put together includes 52 new players, 16 transfers from Power 5 schools, and 25 players from Saint Frances Academy or elsewhere in the DMV area. 

This is not the same team that went 3-9. I expect this team to take a massive step forward in 2023.

the overhaul numbers are many, but is the quality of xfers suggest they will compete with Tulane, Memphis, UTSA, and North Texas?

He has years of experience recruiting kids to his private school in Baltimore. I'm interested in seeing how this translates on the field. Charlotte is a growing area, and if they have success, they could blow up over the next few years. 

However, people have said the same thing about us. It definitely will be interesting to see how us and Charlotte grow over the next few years.

I do think they can be good as they have a great location there to recruit to.  And let's be honest, all these college teams can get lucky and hit on a good QB (UTSA) and ride that a long ways.

Seven years is a long time to play college football, how in heck is Harris still playing.  It must be a record.
