I would expect several player to hit the transfer portal in the next few days.

Question, as far as potential incoming transfers, without the green glasses, how/why would they come here? We need a lot of defensive line help (get the twins back to LB). We have to get size or we will keep making the other teams RB's look like All Americans.

Probably entice some bench P5 guys to come here with guaranteed playing time since I expect a mass exodus of players to go to the transfer portal from this team.

The number one problem with the defense was our DE play. There was no pressure and absolutely no containment all season! This with Norvill being double teamed.  The twins are in for passing situations. The JC guys have sucked! You know they are going to run the ball then why not go to a 4 man front for this game? Do what ever you need to do to get Norvil one on one. Fire the DC now!

With this year's NCAA exception allowing anyone to transfer immediately the DMN had a recent article explaining that for some of them there is no place to go. If you are coming off a 4&6 season who is going to be knocking on your door, especially the defense? As far as incoming transfers, they certainly would have a chance to start at any position.

Good points. This probably means we lose the very best players and keep some we wish would move on. Hopefully we can pull some players from FCS
