I still can't understand why we are not able to fix the ref's microphone. Is it that difficult of a problem that we just aren't able to do anything?

I guess it's a good thing that if after the season opener the only thing to complain about is not being able to hear the referees.

The volume is up to loud against the noise canceling mics would be my guess whatever they really need to get it fixed

Doesn't Lil' Wayne have a Smartphone app that would allow the ref to speak into his phone and have it transmitted through the speakers? (Somehow, I fear that my smartass comment is likely not too far from the truth)

Hmmm, would you happen to know someone? Maybe you could call the AD and give him their contact information. It is a beat down to have such a nice facility and have to "listen" to that mess.
