Chris Miles was in the formative stages of his career years ago when a stranger walked up to him on the sideline at a youth game in Lewisville.

Miles was a long way from being ready to play in high school, let alone college, at the time and was a little startled by what the stranger had to say.

“I remember him asking me how old I was,” Miles said. “I told him I was 11. He told me, ‘Remember North Texas.’”

We can only wonder who the stranger was.

The follow up question, if Vito was worth his journalistic salt, should have been: "Did this stranger have a play sheet shoved down the front of his drawers?"
