College basketball refs are whistle happy and I think it's being taught to be that way the last few years to up scoring to up eyeballs. That call gifted them 3 points.

Apparently my previous post took forever to post as I was going to add Scott to it but seems Hodge is just as dense and stubborn as Mcasland when it comes to keeping guys out of foul trouble…. I was going to say if anybody goes into half with three fouls the game will be difficult to win. Oh well 😒

In a word, yes.   This was their strategy in the NCAA tournament last season as well…initiate contact on offense and cry until the calls come (and that includes their coach).

Yes... they are literally working them. Watch them get 20 free throws in the 2nd half. We'll have 2 this foul out and they'll win be free throw differential. It's making basketball hard to watch.

 No. Until Stone stops pissing down his leg offensively, he can stay on the bench. I've seen jr high kids with more fluidity and confidence than him, literally. And I don't say that to be a dick, just honesty. Don't get me wrong I like his defense and energy, but we need production.

Damn... I'm 1300 miles away and heated. I wish I was there...I would've flipped my shit on that Goldin bs foul. I would've 100% been escorted out. Just complete BS. 

I would've of course told my wife that would be sitting beside me to forgive me for this and went ham. If child was there I would've been forced in domestication.

Would have been nice to keep our guys out of foul trouble. We don’t need him to do anything other than play decent defense and eat up 3-4 minutes of the game clock so our guys don’t pick up 2 fouls…. Much less 3… but it’s too late now my phone is delayed since we are in San Diego apparently lol.

Your phone isn't delayed. I live in San Diego. 

We're playing high level basketball, regardless what the committee selection or its pundits say, you have to have 5 guys out there that can produce offensively. Maybe in that moment, under a minute, Stone could've ate that.

No I mean my original post saying get our two guys out (Noland and Walker) out when they each picked up a foul and replace with stone never sent. By the time it went through they had 2 and Scott had 3. 😕
