This is where some green shirted UNT stooge tells us that there's a quarter million UNT alums just in DFW... Meanwhile 225,000 of them probably regularly wear TA&M, UT, or TTech gear they picked up from Walmart.

I assume you're addressing me, or that was a really shitty attempt at taking a shot at me, so I'll answer. I'm not sure what conference wants to admit CUSA?  Do you mean admit that its the worst conference in the nation?  If that's the case, I'm pretty sure every conference in the nation with the exception of MAYBE the MAC will admit that CUSA is the worst.  If you meant what conference is ready to admit UNT, then at the present moment, probably none, but that doesn't mean it's a good home, nor does it mean we shouldn't be trying to get into the MWC or AAC. 

 

As to what we have to offer, I'll bypass listing the positives we have to offer because my hands and fingers are freezing from sitting out here in this game, but I'll say we have more to offer than several current members of both conferences.

Typo, nothing else.   Certainly not taking a shot, but you are a little sensitive.

I will help you out, NT obviously doesn't offer enough for any other conference to want them.  Easy to prove, no offers. 

CUSA is the best conference that wants NT.   What do you think is gained by a constant mantra about how bad CUSA is. 

It is a good home, when it is the best one you can get.   If NT was just dominating the conference, you might have a case for questioning the quality of the league.  NT football is one of worst teams in CUSA, not a recipe for moving up.

I do give you a lot of admiration and applause for watching that game in person.  That is true fandom.

      Nice walk off win in the 9th....4-3....on a homer by Molly Rainey. All three homers today by seniors....Molly, Kailey Gamble (tied it at 3 in the 7th)...and Kalei Christensen....with a solo blast for our first run. Skylar gets the win....in relief of Mackenzie Wagoner. Great win.....game two coming up soon.

      This is the point I think has never been critically consider because of the greed of EVERYONE ELSE besides the players. The old system was never sustainable because the schools had very little invested in the players actually getting the best education available at their schools. If guaranteed 4 year scholarships (with an option after 2 years) were the standard or breakable by the student I don't think we have the madness of today. The other major part is the lack of standardization and revenue sharing for all school playing at a particular level. How do you expect the players or coaches to have any loyalty when the schools have no loyalty to protect the health overall college sports. 🤷🏽‍♂️
