Of note: Marshall got their first commitment for 2018 a couple of hours ago. He is unrated on 247 and his only other offer is Eastern Kentucky (FCS). Their fans seem pretty happy to have him.

 It's pretty obvious the people at Marshall have no idea what a successful program needs to look like

I have not looked but earlier they had brown, the new commit, listed twice.
