Great post but I disagree, it seems to me like our ball handling is already improved significantly with the new signees. I would love to have one more big shot blocker and rebounder.

Missouri State announced Friday morning it will depart the Missouri Valley Conference and join Conference USA as a full-league member beginning in July 2025.
The school will hold a news conference on Monday at 1 p.m. to formally reveal its transition plans. It will be the 12th member of CUSA.
By joining Conference USA, Missouri State will become a Division I Football Bowl Subdivision program for the first time.

We need these guys to live in the gym over the summer and get use to playing together. Maybe they can scrimmage against the Bleed Green team. Wish we would find an overseas tournament to play in.
What he's saying is why would those teams want to be associated with us? The hypothetical TCUs, Houstons, Cincys, Syracuses, etc would band together and form their own division, one that wouldn't include UNT. Why would those schools suddenly want to be associated with us? Would you want to be in a league with Angelo State and Tarleton? That's the same drop Baylor and Tech would view us as.
I agree with what he says, they would grab whatever the best of what's left over and we would be on the outside looking in.
