Thinking Of Lineberry

A 310-pound guy pressing 225 27 times is like me pressing 100 27 times. That's pretty low. Athletes at the pro level should normally be able to press 2/3 of their weight around 50 times. That's a pretty low level of upper-body muscle stamina for someone who should be working out every day!

The 1-rep max is killer, though.

Well Jesse

The max for the OG was 40 done by Blalock and Rrairez, the first OG picked in the draft was Grubbs who did 29 reps, the avg reps for the OG looks to be around 28-29 reps.

The max ever done in the NFL was 42 by Larry Allen and he could max about 630#

Well, in situations like this I always think of Brian Waters. He must have had much more raw talent than I remembered, because he played two or three different positions while he was at North Texas...........none of them OG.

I believe that he's still all-pro at that position. http://www.kcchiefs.com/player/brian_waters/

Did I mention that he never played OG at North Texas?

If Mr. Lineberry has the appropriate level of motivation to make it, I'm confident that he will.
