I walked into Wendy's expecting a speedy transaction: trading my green coupon (which I got five days ago) for a free burger and trading some cash for a smoothie.

But the girl behind the counter had to get approval from a manager and explained she had heard they were going to stop doing that and she didn't know when, and she wasn't 100% sure.

Is this true? Has anyone else heard anything about this?

In other news, I'm one 'B' and one 'A' closer to a BS in May.

And this WAS the one on University. I've gotten free burgers there before.

I went to the Wendy's at 288 and 35 and they wouldn't let me use the coupon there.

I've used some at the Wendy's buy the mall during the past couple of weeks.

I used one at 288 & 35 a couple weeks ago. NO problems at all.
