Changes coming to FBS requirements?

Makes you wonder what is coming? Time to redefine FBS requirements? A steps toward a bigger split between P5 -> G5  --> FCS?

In Sam Houston’s press conference, president Alisa White says “The likelihood of us being able to do what we wanted to do in the WAC, because of all the shifts and that things may solidify for a while and not allow us to move forward together, seemed to be limiting our future."

I think she was referring to CUSA being an established FBS conference verses the WAC which is trying to become one. There are a LOT more steps for the WAC to move up as a conference and a lot more chances for failure. CUSA once they join CUSA with the declared intent to move up, they are good even if CUSA folds. That's what happened to UTSA and Texas State.
