I know we talk a lot about how much more TV money CUSA will generate through the football contract, but let's take a look at what we, the UNT basketball fan, will get out of this:

So many TV games it's insane. Maybe Tony can hang around another year and REALLY improve his stock with all these TV appearances.

No doubt we will receive additional exposure.....but....

A quick check(unaudited) shows that, not counting the CUSA Championship games, of the 72 games being televised, 46 games involve teams that are leaving CUSA. It will be interesting to see how many TV games CUSA pulls in next year. Just saying........

Still, I'm glad to be moving to CUSA next season.

Unless CUSA's TV deal is up or is re-negotiated, the amount of games should be the same, right?

(I have no idea what the status is of that contract).

No idea of the contract status and it may depend on how the existing contracts are written with the individual networks involved. Memphis pulls a lot of weight. Maybe UNT, ODU, and Charlotte offset some of those BB losses???
