Very Much Looking forward to new 2006

Looking over our returning players, and considering all the ramifications of us having to look like winners this fall.....I say, let's bring our opponents on! I know most here will think we have no chance vs Texas (September 2nd)...but think for a minute here....sure we've gotten our heads handed to us 0-92 the last two times down to Austin....but Coach Dickey knows every game this fall will be under the "microscope" so he has to think "I'll show 'em...I just take my players down the DKR Memorial to win that damned game."

Of course, then he knows full well he must do whatever it takes to beat the holy dog out of SMU. Anything less on September 9th, and he'll have his bus ticket punched for a one-way trip out of Denton.

So, I'm excited about (1) our upcoming season, and (2) a pending announcement that will thrill all of us in Mean Green Land! GO! MEAN GREEN!!!!!!!
