Nah you’re on to something here. Be that middle ground between JUCO and high major ball. Go to these kids and say hey give me 2 years. We’ll win some games, you’ll improve your game, then you’ll go get paid. But obviously have your core culture guys that are around longer.

Sorta like “OJT”, or “On The Job Training”, but for the P5 guys?  I get it.

Like a trade school.
