Fellow UNT Alumni:  Early voting is underway and we want to encourage you to get out and vote in favor of Proposition 5, the Texas University Fund.  This fund will mean tens of millions of dollars to the University of North Texas (as well as Texas State, the University of Houston, and Texas Tech).  UT and Texas A&M have benefited from government funding that no other state institutions could take advantage of.   It's time for UNT to start receiving similar benefits.  Proposition 5 will be funded from the state's budget surplus along with the National Research University Fund with NO NEW TAXES.  www.TexasUniversityFund.com #untalumni
