I think that most will adapt.  Some positions will be more uncomfortable than others, especially on defense.  But many have made adjustments throughout their playing years.  I was a little worried at first because I was afraid that the new coaching crew lacked experience but I no longer believe that's a concern.  The coaches have more experience as a player and/or coach than I originally thought.  The vast majority will be fine.

Happy to see this. Curious what makes you say this and what changed your mind

I think what mainly convinced me was the camps.  They handled the skills, the energy and the knowledge very well as was reported.  They jumped right in on the recruiting.  There were a couple on the staff that I knew to be very experienced but many seemed to be first time assistant coaches.  After what has transpired in the relatively short period of time and with amazing energy this staff is the most active and vocal of all our previous staffs.

We've had vocal coaches but many of the staff were rather quiet.

Agree about the great energy this new staff has regarding current players, recruits and campers.

Now it's time for the Athletic Dept to do the same with marketing and fans!

Jeff have no idea how the Athletic Dept will get more fan to come. We have always had problems getting fans to come and/or getting the citizens of Denton to attend our games.
