Welcome Treviance "TJ" Bronson to the Mean Green. @Marty posted this in another thread, but I thought it deserved its own.
6'3" 290lbs.
Played HS ball at Katy Taylor. Looks like he committed to Lamar out of high school in 2021, transferred to AR St. in 2022. 247's timeline is confusing.

Bronson suspected he would be a perfect fit at UNT and laid out a plan to join the Mean Green for the 2024 season. The 6-foot-4, 303-pound tackle finalized those plans during his visit to UNT this weekend and announced his commitment.”
“I like the coaching staff and the environment,” Bronson said Sunday after completing his visit. “I also like the defense and the scheme they play. I can play the zero [nose tackle] or the end. The coaches told me they need some help.”
UNT moved to a 3-3-5 scheme last season that requires bigger defensive linemen.
Bronson appears to be a good fit. He has two seasons of eligibility remaining and is set to enroll at his third college. He will arrive at UNT over the summer.
The Ladies had a strong second round and are now is 6th place (-1) just three strokes behind fifth place Tennessee and four strokes behind fourth place Mississippi St.
Individually, Roth and Subsomboon are T10th at -3 for the tournament.
The third and final round is tomorrow.

“When I was at North Texas, I opened my first grill and bar my third year in college,” he said. “Then we opened a nightclub, and we ended up getting a contract for the University of North Texas for football games. We opened another grill and bar. So ... I dabbled on that.”

Now in its 12th year, J. Macklin’s Grill and Bar is still thriving in its strip center spot where that Chili’s Too used to be. In 2020, the restaurant was named best small business by the Coppell Chamber of Commerce Member's Choice Awards.
Todd wasn’t new to the restaurant industry when the couple opened their grill. His family in California had been in the business for 80 years, and he opened his first restaurant, The State Club Grill and Bar, on Fry Street in Denton while attending the University of North Texas.
