Your prayers are needed for a female track athlete. I have not found out her name yet but she was on a motorcycle with her boy friend & a car hit them.

I would like someone please get their names & post, for those who will pray for both of them. The boy is presumed dead at this time.

LaKisha Gentry....and from what i have heard from close friends it wans't a boyfriend, it was a cousin....dont take my word on it though...i found out about ten mintues ago....the details of the injury are not pretty....just pray for her guys!!!! She is a really cool girl and a friend of mine and strange i know that much....

  How about fall practice has not yet happened? I imagine they told him he had a shot to win the starting job to get him to back out of the portal before spring. They probably told him that Morris would be the starter going into fall and he didn’t like that. Seems like the staff may have just used him in order to have an experienced quarterback putting in good reps for the rest of the offense during spring practice. If true, pretty terrible thing to do a kid that could’ve been working towards winning the ACU job in the spring.

  Thanks. Well, for anyone wondering if he understands the importance of sports to a student body, that should answer it. And at the risk of sounding a bit geography picayune. Plainview is near/close-to the panhandle, not in it.

  Sucks to lose Rausaw he was a decent contributor on the DL. West Wilson was a walk on and I believe he got a scholarship to go to Abilene Christian.
