Strongest non P5 conference?

It's been pointed out in many threads already...C-USA is a perfect 11-0 in games against other G-5 conference schools:

4-0 MAC (Marshall-Ohio, ODU-E.Mich, WKU-BGSU, Marshall-MiamiOH)
3-0 AAC (FAU-Tulsa, UNT-SMU, UTSA-Houston)
3-0 Sun Belt (UTEP-NMSU, LaTech-Lafayette, UAB-Troy)
1-0 MWC (UTEP-UNM)
Others:
7 games against FCS school (6-1)
2 conference games (2-2)
16 games against P5 schools (0-16)
So, we do have scoreboard on every other G5 school but lack the P5 win(s) that others have (ECU-VaTech, Central Mich-Purdue, CSU-Colorado, ULM-Wake Forrest, etc.)

11 - 0 speaks volumes about the comparative strengths of the 5 conferences.

CUSA had some 6 or 7 competitive games against P5 schools and came up short.

Would you rather have a CUSA school with a win over a P5 and be 10 - 17 like the AAC or 11 - 18 like the SBC?

19 wins at week 3 should translate into more bowl eligible teams for CUSA.

The lack of wins by the other conferences at this point will probably hurt them at bowl time as fewer teams will be eligible.

When did WAC disappear? I'm so out of the loop.

2012 was the last season for the WAC in football. Utah State won the conference and was ranked in the top 20. In the summer of 2013, Utah State and San Jose State left for the Mountain West; Louisiana Tech and UTSA joined Conference USA; and Texas State joined the Sun Belt; New Mexico State and Idaho each played an independent schedule last season before joining the Sun Belt for football-only in 2014.
