Does a tape delay just mean it was previously recorded? And by the way, when I check the tv guide with verizon, it doesn't show the replay at 10:30pm but I'm going to set it to record anyway

Yes... the game is at it's normal time but it will be shown later on tape as opposed to live. But according to the station logs it, it will be shown on dtv 669 live. I think... on on full court ppv.
