Did anybody ever say why he got no playing time this year ? I never understood that. So did he redshirt this year ? I know he didnt play enough that he couldnt get it. Even in the Troy game where everyone played but him, there has to be a reason. Does anyone know ? I will give him this he was always in high spirits and trying to get the crowd going in every game. I fear that he might transfer, why would he stay if he isnt going to play ?

I was wanting to know the exact same thing. he started out his freshman year doing pretty well. And then nothing this year... was he hurt? if not, then how did he get in the dog-house??

I don't think anyone knows. I actually have posted the same question twice over the season. Something is going on. When JJ puts in the third stringers, newbies, and even a trainer or two in during blow out games, and Edwards is still on the bench, something has to be up. I really like Edward's enthusiasm too, and hope that he and JJ can get him on the court in 07-08.

He played in 15 games for a total of 81 minutes. Don't count on a redshirt.

He played post in high school, but his size is suited to the 3. If he can develop his ball handling, passing and shooting, the minutes are there next season.
