Personal invitation to homecoming

I had a voicemail today from a student calling from the journalism department. She was calling to invite me out to the homecoming festivies and game. I'm assuming they split up a list of alumni among the department and started dialing. This is how alumni should be contacted. Thanks so much for this phone call! If every department called their alumni and invited them to homecoming just imagine the school spirit!!!! haha

They've done this type of things looking for donations before.
