Good for them. There is no longer a Houston Oilers or a team that wears that design. As usual the NFL believes they own the world and should be able to do anything they want to do. Kudos to the U of H

I could see the NFL's position if UH was somehow using the Oilers' logo.  Maybe.  But I don't think the NFL owns the rights to powder blue.
