I’m pretty sure he has one more year. So he’ll play this year and next. 300 yards a game every start is pretty incredible.

I’ve only followed for the last 20 years, but I’ve been well aware of the shortcomings the last two decades. This feels different to me. Granted it’s a small sample size, but I like what I’m seeing. I understand the cautious optimism, but I’m sipping on the green koolaid over here.

His demeanor/composure is amazing. The dude never seems rattled. Never gets too high or too low. Just a cool customer. He’s been impressive. Glad he wears the green.

Going down 21-0 at halftime left me feeling with a, “Here we go again.” I expected Tulane to go up 28-0 after receiving the ball to start the 3rd quarter. We held them, we got the ball, we scored. A few minutes later it was 28-28 with 9 minutes left in the game. I FULLY expected us to win the game. I haven’t had this type of confidence in our football team in a very long time. This is not old Denton. This is not new Denton. This is something different and I’m here for it. I’m looking forward to watching this team continue to grow, compete, and WIN! GMG!

Oscar Adaway is a UNT treasure, man. He’s a really good player. He seems to really love UNT and Denton. He’s consistently showing up to games outside of football (soccer, basketball, softball, etc). Just seems like a great young man. Glad he wears the green.

1) How do we get Mazin going? 2) Why is Rogers getting sacked so much? Protection? Holding the ball too long? Hot reads not available? Combination? 3) It seems as though our tackling has improved…it’s not good, but it’s not as bad as the start of the year. Are you seeing the same thing?

Maybe they’re special white jerseys to go with our new white helmets? Wonder if that’s what’s causing the delay? 🤷🏽‍♂️
