Is our NIL doing that poorly, or is this just the way it is? This offseason is wild, man. How do you build anything? -
Stone Earle deserves to be the starter

I’m good with fall competition. Whoever gives us the best chance to win is who I’d prefer to start.- 18 replies

SH making the finals takes a little sting off losing to them.

I haven’t seen too many DL TP targets. Here’s one.

MBB, who is still on the team?
Glory to the Green replied to GrandGreen's topic in Mean Green Basketball
Pretty much every team is losing players. We’re going to look very different next season. Sissoko and Stone are the only holdovers from GMac days. It’s definitely going to be Ross’s team moving forward. I’m excited to see what next season brings. GMG! -
Rubin Jones to enter transfer portal...

Wish him well. He was a beast for us. He’ll be great wherever he goes. Loved watching him play for us. GMG! -
Wish him the best. Loved watching him play here, but I had a feeling he’d transfer. It’s what college sports has become. I’ll still root for him. GMG!

BREAKING: Jason Edwards to enter transfer portal
Glory to the Green replied to Jdawg48's topic in Mean Green Basketball
I wish he stuck around, but I can’t blame him if he’s being offered big time money. He was nice to my son after the Tulane game, so for that I’m grateful. I don’t feel like the team ever really played to their potential...not his fault. Injuries forced him into the starting lineup…he would have been better served as a 6th man this season. I think Hodge will find another player that will contribute…if he has not already found him. GMG! -
It’s not much from the screen shots. They’re mostly videos. The 41 in vertical is pretty impressive. So is the 55 yard field goal. And Horton running a 4.44 sounds good, too. Not sure if we’ll see any of the official results.

Just a few videos from today’s pro day. I think some of our guys will have a shot to make a roster.

Good for him. He seemed like a good coach. Curious to see how he navigates his team w/out the big NIL support that SMU had.

Where do we go from here?
Glory to the Green replied to cousin oliver's topic in Mean Green Basketball
We’ll be fine. Hodge definitely knows what this team needs. I’m excited to see what this team looks like next year. And I’m looking forward to seeing some of our younger guys getting some playing time. -
Between men’s and women’s basketball, I didnt have the time to dig into spring ball. It’s not a bad problem to have. I follow the football team on the socials and they usually post daily photos.

Thought this was an interesting podcast. Talks about future Power Conferences, etc. It’s a bit of a downer for those that long for the college football of 5-10 years ago.
