Xavier transfer Justin Martin has committed to SMU, per his Twitter page.

He will eligible to play immediately since he's already graduated.

The 6-foot-6 Martin averaged 11.7 points and 5.2 rebounds last season for the Musketeers and made 50 3-point shots.

The Mustangs are considered the clear favorite in the American Conference next season and should be right in the mix for a Top 10 preseason ranking.
