I don't know what everyone is complaining about...Dodge has doubled the number of wins we had last season. In any other job, doubling your output in a year's time would be considered phenomenal and a promotion would be in order. Maybe we should follow suit and promote Dodge to Associate AD?

And with one more win this year, he will have doubled his number of career wins at the college level! All in one season! Maybe name the stadium after him, too?

excellent idea. promote dodge to office job and hire new field coach.
