Good write-up. I'd love to see a top-10 list of likely hurdles on our way to a bid. A list like that would probably include Slaughter and Moore.

Questions that come to mind:

How will the new guys gel? Will they?...

Darkhorse teams in the West?

How does the schedule setup: what is the toughest stretch vs. the easiest stretch?

Which position is in the worst spot to handle an injury or two?

What is your favorite kind of donut?

  Wtf... lol. No, they are not. They have a geographic upper hand on us. They claim large swaths and the people in them as their own. It's worked for them, and good for them. But they are by no means superior to us. Historically, they are bad to extremely mediocre in just about everything they do. Yeah, Yeah - touche, we are, too. I would call us 2 peas in a pod well before I called them superior. However, UNT at least has SOME history.
