Chat Question

when I click on the chat link a page pulls up and says I need to download a plugin. When I click to download the plugin it says it no plugins were downloaded and the download failed. Does this happen because of a popup blocker? If so, how do I allow the popups? I use firefox.....

I am getting a IE Active X error due to not knowing publisher

With firefox, you should see a red x near the top of the window. It will say something like popups blocked. Click on the "X" and it should give you an option to enable pop ups for the site.
