Why does the weather hate us?

We get a game against SMU, easily the best attended game of this upcoming season potentially, and the forecast calls for scattered thunderstorms?! I'm beginning to think there is a curse over us...who do I have to sacrifice around here to get a football season where mother nature isn't a factor?

Saturday: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 88.

Hey now as of right now it doesn't sound that bad, cool temperatures and 70% chance of dryness.

Friday: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 89. South wind between 5 and 10 mph.

Friday Night: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 69.

Emmitt you have what sounds to be a pretty nice night with a 70-80% chance of dryness.

It wont rain for friday or saturday, Texas weather is so unpredictable, but it is a long ways till Saturday and 20-30% isnt guaranteed rain on game day....

Besides God wants to see us beat SMU to the ground.....

So Mother Nature will have to stop being a bitch for one day....
