Here's An Idea To Showcase A Lamar Player

Mason did not make the trip to Denton because he couldn't get to Beaumont due to flood waters. He's helping others in his hometown of Lumberton.

Why not showcase Lamar's Mason Sikes on the Apogee video board? I think the Lamar fans would really take to that kind of kindness towards one of their own who couldn't participate in the game. It would emphasize the Spirit of Texas during such times. Good PR for UNT.

If someone thinks this is a good idea could get some traction, maybe they could tweet this idea to The Wren.
