I think this tweet has more to do with new uniforms more than anything else.

I think it was more about stuff that will be coming soon.. 

At then rate the IPF is going, I'm guessing it will be an in season, but wish it was before the season. Would be a way to get fans to come in see it, and offer season ticket packages, etc.. make it into a way to energize fans before the season.
