The firing of Dan had to happen, and possibly others need to be. But there is a silver lining, even if small. The firing tonight shows that UNT (or someone) cares about UNT football. I've read several times that Dan wouldn't be fired because of money, and  I believe this was true  in the past. Apparently now it isn't, and it show's there is still hope for the mean green.
