Looking For Great Mean Green Families

Recommended Posts

First off i understand that this is not the best place for this topic but i needed it to get to an area that gets the most traffic. I am a current UNT student working with the McKinney Marshals of the Texas Collegiate League which is a baseball league for players around the country. We are looking for families to host some more of our players. Below i will post a link to the benefits of hosting a player. I also think it would be a great way to show players from the country how great the Mean Green nation is and show them some North Texas hospitality. thank you for your time and moderators i hope that you will keep this message up for atleast two days to help me get the word out.

Hosting a TCL player is something that is truly a special experience. Getting to see those kids continue to play in the Texas heat after playing a 50+ game college season really shows their dedication and commitment to furthering their baseball career (if possible). As North Texas fans, for a family who hasn't done this, it would be a great time to host a player. Trust me, they don't have time to go out and cause a raucus. They're exhausted and working every day, just the hours are different than the typical ones. A family with UNT fans would get to experience first hand the true rigors and level of commitment these NCAA athletes have.
