I bought mine through the HOD website. Gameday - Parking - look in the bullet copy for link. But it says they were on sale till 12/16. You can pay to park on game day, be sure you have $20 cash. No cards.

817fan, which school in your district swept up all the prime prep kids? It was one if the Bishop's I think. They were stacked this year.

How much do you spend on average for a season of UNT Football?
Cowtown replied to NTAlum09's topic in Mean Green Football
Yes. I could actually walk to TCU games, and get free tix whenever I want. Sounds like fun. Its really depressing because I have poured so much time and effort into this turd. Hell I even threw my hat into the ring for several jobs within the Athletic Dept. But as an alumni with 20+ years as Creative Director/Marketing Wizzard, I never even got a kiss my ass reply. Reflecting back, this is the most unhealthy relationship I have ever had. If NT Athletics was a woman, I would have divorced her 20 years ago. Not sure I can do it again. The New Coach carrot is tempting, and if Bene or RV were gone I would have bit...but instead, for the fist time since I set foot on campus, i'm thinking about checking out. -

Prob around $1000. But last year after the first 2 games, I couldnt take it any more. Seriously considering throwing in the towel. Hard core MG fan since the late 80's and I am exhausted and realize my life would be so much easier if I just dont care. Blow off season tix and just show up to 1 game a year until they start winning. So much healthier to be a fair weather/band wagon fan. I think im done until RV is gone. -
Technically I think Parker was the first version of Todd Dodge. But I see your point.

Big 12 Championship Proposal before NCAA today
Cowtown replied to ChristopherRyanWilkes's topic in Mean Green Football
While UH makes logical sense...Im not sure Houston is the shoe in everyone thinks. They dont offer anything that the conf doesnt already have. And they would be a direct competitor for the same recruits everyone else is fighting for. Memphis is eastern, but still a haul for WVU. Cincinnati is closer to WVU but not sure they have the clout. Marshal is a natural fit for WVU but not sure of how they get along. A Florida school would be nice to tap into that recruiting hot bed. Co St is improving their facilities and kinda fits the footprint. A Co St + BYU combo would make sense. Now that the Frogs, Bears & Cowboys have risen up, you gotta figure Texas would prefer a weaker sister to beat up on than another power house. -
Mike Ekeler - LB Coach Georgia - It's official!
Cowtown replied to El Paso Eagle's topic in Mean Green Football
Put me in the camp of those that dont dig the sow. I think its a mixed message since we rebranded ourselves as Mean Green. I would take the last gen of North Texas helmets over the eagle. North Carolina doesnt have a ram or tar heel on their helmet, Bama doesnt have an elephant, Auburn doesnt have an eagle or tiger. Its advertising/marketing 101. If everyone loves the eagle, lets be the freaking eagles. If we are going to be Mean Green, gotta change the mark. But I do love this hire. Dude has a great resume, seriously shocked that Littrell landed him.- 185 replies

well, we do have this guy as our 1 commit. He was recruited as a slot because Mac only liked qb's 6' and taller. http://www.hudl.com/athlete/3158770/highlights/315386383/v2

or...from the same article The Denton Record-Chronicle reported that some North Texas players have been told Meacham will be offered the job, although the other finalist, North Carolina offensive coordinator Seth Littrell, could still get the job. It sounds like everyone is waiting on Meach to make a decision. If he stays at TCU, Cumb goes to UT. Meach gets the salary of the 2. If Meach comes to NT, Cumb gets the salary of the 2 and stays at TCU.

We had another former Longhorn QB as head coach not too long ago. I think he would be fine.

Because of the amount of club teams in the metroplex we should ALWAYS contend in womens soccer, volleyball and softball. Its the same reason why our mens soccer team dominated the 80's, and why baseball should be an instant contender.

Colby Carthel looks like the secret love child of Babe Laufenberg & Colin Farrell. So handsome and so well groomed.

RV: Dodge was a good hire based on who we could hire
