  1. Looks like a done deal before Aston was terminated. A high standard for ethics.
  2. Pawhuska was the hometown of Ben Johnson, the western actor.
  3. He certainly is well-spoken and brings credit to UNT.
  4. If he. Has. Not completed his degree, he would not be immediately eligible would he?
  5. He had the second lowest rating of all commits. Our total points total will go down, but our average rating should go yup.
  6. I don’t think we can afford. To tank. We NEED a history of being competitive.
  7. I can’t believe a head coach that took a chance on a 5’10” and 165 pound quarterback from a small school would not offer someone he thought would work.
  8. USA Today has a grade for all bowl division football teams this year. UNT was given a grade of C-. A generous grade, I think.
  9. Kit a has been dropped from the Cowboys. What about him?
  10. It is hard to say UA is on the rise before they play a game; unless you think they could be no worse.
  11. Why do we seem to be the only school waiting for the convention? Any kind of statement would be reassuring.
  12. Pittman at Arkansas has completed putting his new staff together.
  13. What about Moorhead from Mississippi State. He had a very good reputation at Penn State?
  14. I hope the delay in naming an OC does not reflect lack of respect for our program.
  15. Western Kentucky wins on an un timed field goal.
  16. Somehow, Christian honor killing just does not seem to be an appropriate term. Unmarried pregnancy is a disgrace, but murder is HONORABLE.
  17. Cade Pearson is planning on attending the Univ. of Arkansas as a walk-on.
  18. Regardless of Miami’ s record, this is a good win for CUSA.
  19. John Savage again. He played on teams that were not good and made all conference in what at the time was one of, if not, the best conference in the country.
  20. Nutt is great with the rah rah motivational talking, but his play calling, at least, at Arkansas was atrocious.
  21. Back in the Matthews days before coed dorms and such, Fouts was probably the go to place. It was patrolled by campus security, but they left couples alone. Matthews supposedly said he would rather couples go parking there where it could be protected rather than out on some unprotected country road.
