First thing I'd like to see as far as stadium expansion is concerned is to carve out space for the Green Brigade in the south end zone. That would free up some prime seating. I think they could make enough space in the "boomer area" for the band. Initially, perhaps only relocate them for games when demand is high.

Right. Giving away tickets or deeply discounting them dilutes value. If the public continually sees free or nearly free tickets available, many will take the position of "they always give away tickets. If they're not, them I'm not going."

We went the airbnb route, but booked it months ago. It's at Beaver Lake and looks to be about 45 minutes north of campus.

My wife of 31 years understands that six fall Saturdays are completely spoken for, as are possibly a few others for road trips. She is a UTA grad, but got her teacher certification from UNT. She goes to most fb games and to bb games as well. She often purchases her own Mean Green gear. Lucky me.

While they are at it, I wish they would paint the silver metal frame of the steps from the concourse to the upper deck. A nice, you know, green would be good.

I just noticed something on that stadium diagram that I hadn't noticed before. There is a Gate 01 at the SW corner of the stadium. Am I wrong that there is no path across the south end zone such that you can get from the red/blue lot to that gate? I would love to be able to get to my alumni side seats w/o walking all the way around the stadium.

Bingo! Replay is a bigger fun killer than TV timeouts. It has diminished the experience for all sports that use it.

Used to be in 208, but moved to 106. If you want to be in the "Red", I would recommend moving down to 108 or 102. If you're concerned about not being able to see the whole field from that low, I think you'll be pleased with seats in the upper rows of the 100 level.
