Division 1 Transfers

Recommended Posts

The recent (2003-2004-ish) trend of Sun Belt schools signing D-1 transfers has gone a long way towards improving the level of compition in the Belt...especially as many of these transfers are coming from better conference schools. Kendrick Davis, Shawnson Johnson, Keith Wooden and Collin Dennis have significantly improved UNT...and hopefully George Oduwafu will continue that trend. Heres a quick list of the players on SBC rosters who have spent time on other D-1 program rosters.

A lot of players transfer at semester's end...so I would expect 3-4 more to sign with SBC schools. Talent level is up across the board...UNT needs to keep up!
